An alarm clock is encapsulated in a block of ice, suspended by a chain. Originally performed as a sound piece, the melting water drips into a copper vessel , amplified by a contact microphone.

The sound created resonates as if in a cave due to the acoustic characteristics of the copper vessel, while the alarm clock - an object from the everyday – is frozen and framed in a ritual where time passes yet stays still.

This video is in Art by Chance an Ultra Short Video Festival, exhibited Worldwide.
